Surrender yourself to the grace of Yoga Nidra and embody the teachings that allow you to powerfully and authentically transmit transformative and healing  experiences that lead to the state of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is not about reading a script in a relaxed voice. It is the art of guiding yourself and another into the deepest state of consciousness where deep rest, spacious awareness and Presence is experienced.

Are you ready to embody the teachings that allow you to share this deep state of awareness?

CO-TEACHERS TRACEE STANLEY & DR. CHANTI TACORONTE-PEREZ

Collaboration is the ability to be fluid in a creative environment with each other. We choose to collaborate for a number of reasons. It allows us to grow with each other, and critically think about what we teach and how those teachings are expressed. In a world where hierarchy and being at “the top” is paramount, we want to be an example of how teaching can also be a practice in sacred relationship— with each individual in the room, our environment and that which we are exploring: Nidra Shakti.

Tracee Stanley “I enjoy sharing the profound practices of Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Self-Inquiry informed by wisely sequenced asana, mantra and kriya practices to create a fertile environment and safe container for transformation and growth.”

Dr. Chanti Tacoronte-Perez “ I believe that creativity is one of the most essential tools in guiding students towards living a joyous and purposeful life.”
