Venus’ clear eternal light beaming in the night sky has inspired men and women throughout history. Often she appears as the celestial goddess born from the untamed sea. As the daughter of sky and ocean, her nature is to stimulate tension between opposites. At times we experience her tenderness and with the same rapture we witness her revolt_the meeting place of heaven and earth.

It is at the edge of this uncertainty that we break open and allow inspiration to flow freely. Venus comes forward and anoints our body with pleasure, our eyes with passion, and makes our hands fertile, so we may imbue our work with her essence: beauty and provocation.
